There’s so much advice about working out, diet, nutrition and supplements that you can end up locking up, not knowing where to start.
We’re strong believers in making things simple to begin with and then complicating them later on if it makes sense to you. The simple way is always the best way to begin with, because you’re far more likely to stick to something that doesn’t require too much decision making, pulling you in different direction until you give up and stay in the middle, where there’s cake and regrets.
Once you get something basic down and you don’t have to think about it, then you can expand your training schedule, diet plan and supplement cabinet.

We’ve been writing about training, nutrition and supplements for years so we thought we may as well do it on a site that we have control over.
That way we can publish it here for you, without a crafty middle-man, filtering and editing it to meet their own agenda.
Whether it’s a piece on maximizing your quad strength, or a review of some product or another, we’ll be straight up about it and won’t try and bedazzle you with overly complicated or super technical stuff. You’re probably here for advice, not a secondary education is bio-chemistry and human physiology.

Our content isn’t just for fitness fanatics and bodybuilders. There’ll be something for anyone with a desire to get healthier, fitter, sexier and most things in between.
The key is to go from understanding what people want to understanding how they can achieve it in the most enjoyable and efficient way possible.
You Can Do It
Effort is required with any lifestyle changing endeavour, of course, but it doesn’t have to be mind-numbingly boring, or pants-changingly difficult.
Enjoyment and achievement are the two feelings most likely to keep you on your chosen path, whether it’s getting in better shape, or looking like the Hollywood actor you’ve always idolized.
You won’t find those motivational quotes that plague social media on here, and we’ll try to keep the metaphorical crap to a minimum as well, because neither of those things really work in the long run. And if they do work for you, then there’s about fifteen bazillion Twitter accounts out there willing to shove them down your throat every 5 minutes…have at it.
